Marathon, Equestrian, Gymnastics and Boxing, all of which I'd probably die doing at the olympic level.

Worst at? Gymnastics. I would be bad at a whole variety of things though.
The only thing I'd likely be good at is track and field type events.

High jump. Then again I think this is the hardest of all the Olympic Sports.

Anything not on a bike, swimming related or running. But I'd be worst at any gymnastic type thing requiring balance. I can't even balance in yoga.

I think diving because it's the only one I probably wouldn't even attempt.

sure as hell not water-polo. I can swin, that alone makes me better it than at some of the more ridiculous sports out there.
weightlifiting would be embarrasing. I wouldn't be able to move it one bit.
Cycling I'd give up after 500 metres
tennis and table tennis and badminton I would hit every ball out except my services
break my neck at pole vault
boxing I'd go out with a major concussion and a broken face. After 10 seconds.
well at least I have many options

Water Polo
Soccer
Any running event
There are probably more.

Modern Pentathlon or Decathlon would be the absolute worst for me. Triathlon probably also.

water polo...can't imagine playing a sport in deep water where muscled dudes are pulling you under water and basically wrestling you
Balance beam...just looks scary

Sailing. They'd have to have the Coast Guard following my aimlessly meandering path.

Gymnastics obviously. No adult can just all of the sudden start doing that stuff.
Marathon. No way in hell. I would literally die if I tried to run the whole way. I'll stick with my 5k's, thank you.
