He had one great save yeah, but our players didn't really have a good game, aside from Camara who's the only one that stood out.
Felipe and MDV were completely invisible all game. Even Wenger when he came he didn't make much difference, granted he was brought in when we needed to defend that goal.
Iapichino is making a case of himself to be kicked out of the team at the end of the season.
Yup and that's mainly because our wingers do nothing. Nyassi had a few moments (and a great goal), but Mapp and Arnaud were invisible. When you can't create anything on the outside, it is pretty easy for the opposition to clutter the middle and take away our two best playmakers (Di Vaio and Felipe). Getting help on the wings should be our priority during the offseason.
We all talk about the big 3 (Nesta, Rivas, Ferrari) but we need to start including Camara in the discussion. He's a beast.
He is. He did a GREAT job as a central defender tonight, but I like him better as a RB. Since our wingers suck, his contribution on the right flank is very valuable. I like how he jumps into the play and create things. Brovsky does the same thing when he plays the leftside. From some obscure reasons, tonight he was playing the rightside and he didn't contribute offensively at all.
Oh and to come back to Camara, I'd love to see him as a CDM if we go to a 3-5-2. Or maybe as a wingback. He is versatile and very good, he is quickly becoming one of my favorite players.
Don't forget that we've played several more games than everyone else.
Yeah but we're still very good for an expansion team. Toronto and Vancouver only won 6 games in their first year in the MLS. Montreal already has 10 with 8 games left!

no doubt. I'm still very happy with the way they've played this season.
I wish we draft 2 midfielders with our two 1st rounders next draft.
I wish we had Saër Sène, from the Revolution. We should trade for him. He reminds me of Nyassi, but with more class and most importantly good soccer IQ.

I wish we would get a Montero....
We could use a quality mid or 2... Mapp and Arnaud are overpaid and overused.
Even then we'd be in the top half. Every pundit said we'd finished dead last in scoring and dead last in standings.
How to make sure we get in the playoffs? Win out
Must Wins: DC --> Columbus --> Chicago --> Houston --> New England
If we get all of those, and possibly other points elsewhere, I think we could have a chance @ getting 4th or 5th. Lets just hope teams around the league help us. Especially when teams from the West play vs Teams @ East
The big teams are gonna hammer us. I'm getting the feeling that SJ will give this team a good pounding. 5-1 or something.
We get Nesta back, hope for an inspiring performance by Perkins for his first home-game. Then we have San Jose coming from the West coast of the states all the way to the east coast of Canada against an "Expansion" team. They could beat us, but I really doubt that they "pound" us

Well looking by the standings it's pretty clear that for Montreal it will have to be a near perfect rest of the season for a chance to get to the playoffs. We're 3pts from D.C who has 4 games in hand and we're 5 pts up from Columbus who has 6 games in hand.
the game vs DC united on the 25th will decide whether or not we can hope to make the playoffs.
