As the title says, I have RNH and Yakupov and someone wants to trade for Malkin. It's a keeper league, 2 years of 5 in with salary cap and normal points (G, A, hits, GWG). Is it too good to be true?

I'd trade for Malkin.

I would go for it, but it could potentially backfire.

Thanks for your advice, I ended up keeping RNH and Yakupov, since they'll grow with my team (Orlov, Seguin, Markstrom, Holtby et al)

It's a keeper, you go with the two young studs who have many years of being in their prime ahead of them. Malkin will peak over the next few seasons.

You could always counter-offer and see if he'll throw in another player...

Otherwise I think I'd stick what you have.

He was desperate, he got Neal + Shattenkirk for Malkin. Wow, should of offered Datsyuk or something I really don't know what to say!

Get Malkin because it is 5 years long and RNH and Yakupov might not hit their full potential in those 5 years
