Great, met expectations: Nash
Didn't live up to the hype, but still good: Brassard, Voracek, Zherdev
Didn't live up to the hype, but still serviceable: Leclaire, Klesla
Flat out bust: Brule, Filatov, Picard
Too early to tell: Moore, Johansen, Murray

1. Brassard
2. Moore
3. Johansen
4. Murray

5. Nash
6. Voracek
7. Zherdev
8. Klesla
9. LaClaire
10. Brule
11. Filatov
12. Picard

Typical, the OP asks to rank the Jackets #1 picks and the thread drifts into modifications, alterations, exceptions and even new groupings... 12 picks, 12 rankings-that was the request.

I'd swap Klesla and Zherdev, and would consider moving Brule to "serviceable" since he's actually been capable of being an NHL player, which is more that can be said for the other two.

There just might be something to that notion of "old age and treachery".

Thanks, Howson, for cleaning up MacLean's toxic waste. Welcome, Kekalainen; let's get good things built!

The question might as well be "Rank the following in order of temperature"
A Stone Floor
Broken Glass
Smoldering Embers which erupt into flame every 4 years
Chilled Vodka
Dry Ice
Ice Cream
a Cloth Armband
a Summer day in Prague
a Siberian Winter

Are we rating cold-hot or hot-cold? I'm so confused right now...
