A bit surprised obrien got overpowered by a guy half his size.

I guess he just lost his footing.

It's clear Koffie is essential to this midfield. Thor and Davidson is just not good enough.

Was at the game.

Just brutal from start to finish.

Lack of pace and creativeness clearly evident.

the **** you dallas chant was disgraceful, I would post a public apology on there site or something.

No matter how mad or annoyed you are, whitecaps are about a family atmosphere, that chant might single handedly lose customers.

A family atmosphere?

Do Canucks fans/Lions fans not swear at games?

Why should the group apologize for a chant their official capos didn't start...they don't have any control over the section and anyone can sit there...they can not take the blame for section until that happens.

So everyone wants to be like the ECS or TA but a G rated version? Swearing happens at every pro sporting event I've ever been to...the hack job by the team 1040 today is embarrassing.

It really is, they are expecting that the Southsiders have some sort of control over individuals with a loose relation to them?

Wow Matt just compared the chant to the Riot

Right, because I have NEVER heard "Bullllllllllll****" at a Canucks game. How come I don't here them talking about that for three hours?

And apparently the chant was worse than the riot. What a joke. Call the VPD if it offends you so much. They're making it out to be like we were singing Billy Boys. Bunch of prawn sandwich eating morons.

The chant was not worse then anything I have really heard before, but I simply did not expect it.

it was embarrassing imo, and reflected poorly on our city.

That being said,

It's not that big of a deal, I just hope families don't decide to not come because they are worried they might hear some of that stuff.

Why are they even letting TMart on the air he should stick to producing...he is a regular poster on CalPuck and that's all you need to know about his credibility as a human being.

this is 100% correct.

He actually thinks cal puck is a good site also, I heard him say it before.

Can we please steal pat steinberg from Calgary somehow?

I hear ya, quite frankly I wouldn't support premeditated chants with swearing in them. But the outrage by Team 1040 on this subject, and them quickly dismissing Canuck fans chanting "BS" after a bad call is what's pissing me off.

The "F U Dallas" chant is not something I participated in (though I didn't really have a problem with it like some of you guys) but I did yell out 'Boston' everytime I was supposed to say Dallas, just to be 'that guy'.

Watching QPR v Swansea one of the announcers, after Hoilett drove down the wing, beat his man and put a shot wide, called him a Canadian international. I ****ing wish. And now he just won a header (at 5'8") over two centrebacks and the keeper and just about directed it in. He looks stupidly dangerous, even if it is just Swansea. De Guzman has been decent as well, although his timing has definitely been off. Nice corners though.

Apparently he was suspended Thursday, the club appealed and was rejected Friday.

Just for your information - the game is on TSN2, not TSN as mentioned in the thread title.

Go Whitecaps!
