Tempting for me. I'd love to swing by Baraboo and check out the ICHOF and circus Museum

A lockout will give me the time needed for my back issues to heal. I can also support college puck here and in Huntsville.

I shouldn't say that because if it's something you're interested in, go for it. I'm just basing it off my experience. I went there for a field trip in middle school for the whole day and we could have left after a couple hours because there wasn't anything more to see.

Baraboo is a decent treck from Milwaukee too and if you're heading out that way, there are better things to do imo.

Football season will be just starting..so I will definitely have something to watch till mid January. If it lasted the entire year I'd be bored after that then.

It's a little over a 4 hour drive from the Nashville area to Duluth GA if any of you find yourselves in need of a hockey fix and decide to come check out the Gladiators.

I'll watch hours of old hockey fights videos instead if I have to.

This is actually a great idea, the way so many of you guys have supported the Preds over this past year it's only fitting to return the favor!

The UAH Chargers and Huntsville Havoc are two hours south of Nashville down I-65, too. There are definitely options.

This. And I have hopes that the Big Ten Network will actually start showing hockey games more than once in a blue moon, so there's that.

Recommend grabbing grub at Sam and Greg's if anyone goes. Good pizza!

Also if I have the cash I might do a cycle run of hockey. (CHL, ECHL, AHL, NCAA.)

What happens as games are cancelled, for season ticket holders? I started a brand new 2/20 plan. This year...

Last time you could opt for a full refund up front, or you could monthly refunds as long as they are locked out. Or you can just keep your money with them and be guaranteed to keep your tickets for the next season.

Anyone who kept their money with the team last time had their name put on a puck and added to a display at the front door called the Loyal Legion or Wall of Fame or something like that. Plus we got a few other small perks for sticking by the team. Nothing huge obviously because they went a whole season without revenue, but I really felt like the ownership appreciated everyone who kept their money with the team.

I'm also pretty sure that anyone who opted for a refund was still offered first dibs on their seats when the lockout ended.

Yep. I can tolerate Denver more than UND and the Goofers.

Bettman was asked about the damage a lock out could do.

Mark Masters ‏@markhmasters
Bettman on damage lockout could do: 'We recovered last time bc we have the world's greatest fans'

Yeah maybe the league can recover again just in time for the next lock out...

Sigh, I really dunno what to do.

Wife and I are heading to Florida in October because she has a huge event to attend in Ft. Lauderdale.

We figure, as long as we're flying halfway around the world for just a few days might as well make it a few weeks and see a few other places on our way there.

Wife asks me preference number one: Nashville! Then I can FINALLY see a Predators game live and in person and meet some of ya'll in the process!

Then, sigh... not sure if there will be any games to see because of the possibility of a lockout.

Get it figured out and avoid the lockout so I can finally see a game for ****s sake!
