Inter Squad Game

Was just looking at our roster, let's say for sh*** and giggles we made up two lines of players representing their origins, Canada vs. USA, in a pick up game who do you think wins this one?!?

Team Canada

Pyatt-Richards-Nash
Staal-Girardi

Team USA

Callahan-Stepan-Kreider
McDonagh-Sauer

Think it would be close?

Canada by a mile, I'd say.

This offseason needs to end now.

I think Pyatt drags down that line. I think the USA lineup wins IF Sauer can play otherwise you got stu bickel. I think usa forwards present a better twp way game than nash and richards.

Who gets Marty and who gets hank.

if we were able to land Doan, replace Pyatt with him and until Gabby comes back this wouldn't be too bad of a 1-2 to start the season!

Don't forget about team Sweden! But I doubt Hank would be able to bail out that group vs the Canada and USA teams.

Step and Cally doesn't have the same kind of dominance that Richie and Nash has when it's line vs. line. Staal + G > McD + Sauer. Unless the AMEX line has great chemistry which they do and Richie and Nash don't work well together (god forbid), team CAN is way ahead.
