That'll be "The Rangers" first world record then?

Well done.

Should be a great game that. So close those two clubs. Will see a red card or two.

Followed by Wigan v Chelsea at 1:30 on Sky Sports 1.

The 13,538 at Tannadice was the biggest Dundee Derby attendance since March 13, 1991.

Finished 3-0 to Dundee United. Two red cards.

They were going on about the attendance being a world record for a Dundee derby - but I fail to see how it could be a world record when it could only happen in Scotland/Dundee

To be fair, it could happen in Glasgow if there was a Dundee - Dundee UTD Semi Final/Final in the Scottish Cup or League Cup.

EDIT: Wait, there was massive attendances when my dad was a kid. Did the Dundee derby just not happen back then?

Don't think it's the biggest attendance ever. Biggest since 1991 I think.

Last game between the two in the SPL was in 2005 season I think.

It's not really much of a record to shout about either.

I think their fans should be proud of their loyalty, I dare say that very few people would turn out to watch one of the major English sides play in League 2.

Yeah, even as a Celtic fan I'll admit that was a great attendance.

I'm just waiting to see if there will still be upwards of 40,000 there on a cold, wet day in January.

Ross County 1:0 away to Dundee

Celtic win 4:1 away to Inverness, didn't see the match but looks like a convincing performance against a team that Celtic do struggle against

2nd in the SPL (for now) and got a much better result against Celtic than Caley managed. I am pleased.

Riordan looks fairly likely to sign now. He was supposedly at the game today. Adams is very good at revitalizing careers, but Riordan is the most ambitious one yet. We do miss someone that can play as a free role type in the hole, and I could see Riordan doing that well if he gets back to his Hibs days form, or even close to it.

Brittain is an exceptional dead ball specialist, but we can't rely on set-pieces alone. We need someone to take on Gardyne's role badly.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned that Rangers drew again, this time against Berwick Rangers. They're sitting fourth in division 3. Oh please let the players' apathy continue.

I am personally impressed that a three month old club is still undefeated.

Against part-timers? Some of the Rangers players earn 5000 a week and the opposing players get maybe 100 a week

+ There are international capped players in the squad

There has been some Rangers fans calling for the sacking of the manager for the way they play not just this season (granted its a minority I think) but if things dont improve quickly then fans will get bored since they expected the team to just walk past the league and win it so comfortably
