Heading down to Rutgers tonight after work. Tomorrow I'm taking a train into the City for the Yankees game. Then I have to get home somehow on Monday for work.

All I want tonight though is a fat *****. Haven't had one in over a year now.

That's precisely why I don't go in the ocean.

If I want to get in the water, I go to a pool or a waterpark. The beach is strictly for chillin' on the sand for me.

Just got back from running, I was able to go my full 3.2 mile route without stopping. First time I've been able to do that in months, I'm well pleased. Slowly but steadily getting back in shape.

I just got back from being away for a month. Today I had a horrible horrible horrible migraine and its already 8pm and I have no food in my house.

Seriously now listen to me and I will cure your migraine.

First take 400 mg of ibuprofen.

Second start on 64 oz of water. Don't pound it, drink it slowly

Third get a wash cloth and soak it in rubbing alcohol. Put in high on the back of your neck near the base of your skull. If you have someone to gently rub the muscles in your neck do it, if not do it yourself.

This works 95% of the time for me.

You are most likely dehydrated from your travels causing your muscles to stiffen and giving you that severe headache.

Found the perfect one and put a deposit down! Going to pick it up next Saturday, so excited..
