Well that explains why he didn't want to give Melnyk back his money...

How's Melnyk v. Heatley going anyways? I'd love to see Eug get his dough back.

"There's no honor among thieves" is a common saying that sums up this particular case, I would think.

Sometimes a story comes along that just makes you smile. McAlpine, most likely, is a crook and a sleazebag but I'll be rooting for him here.

Like danishh said in the Lounge, I would be surprised if he was the one who leaked the Heatley trade request and created that entire fiasco.

I won't praise McAlpine, but I'm not sore about Heatley being out some dough.

Bolded the part I agree with, but I don't think we're thinking the same way... Though I dearly hope Heatley gets whats coming to him... like an elbow to the throat.

Hopefully he gets his cash monay back, and invests every dime into a Heatley-shaped punching bag, one for every Sens fan.

Put this in the Sens stores and Eug will make his cash back in no time.

Agreed. I dont mind Heatley at all anymore. Everything went as badly as possible with the trade demand but he's a good guy overall.

Yep. The trade request situation went way out of hand. Other than that, not a whole lot to be mad about. Maybe if he was still putting up 50 goals it would feel bitter but he's a shell of his former self. I can't say I hate Heatley and I can't say I like Heatley. He's become irrelevant now.
