It's Madrid's to lose IMO. Their attack is too lethal, and their defense is nothing to shake a stick at. If they can get Modric, then they will definitely be the team to beat. The combination of Higuain, Benzema, CR7, Ozil, plus hopefully a big year from Di Maria will hopefully make this year a victory. Plus you can never go wrong with Casillas in net. Barcelona will pose a significant threat, but their secondary scoring is fairly questionable, while Madrid's is everywhere.
Despite the injuries to Villa, Sanchez and Pedro Barca only scored 7 less goal then Madrid last year. Having to rely heavily on youngsters like Cuenca and Tello. With the youngsters having a year more to develop and PSV can recover from their injuries, Barca's offense should be fine.
If Barca's defense can hold up, meaning if Pique can regain his form Barca will be in good position to reclaim the title but it's really to close to call this early.
Malaga has a good team, Celta just came back to La Liga after a 5 year absence, still remember when they had Mostovoi and all, not a bad result considering the circumstances...btw, Fabrice, the Malaga scorer made history by becoming the youngest scorer ever in La Liga, just a neat fact
I grew up trying to complete them every year pretty sure I never did
I remember Karpin more with his R.Sociedad days for some reason...lol I guess it's because that's where he started and ended his career in Spain..
As for the Panini sticker books I know they do for the WC, those are the only ones I've seen now a days, I do live in the US though, so I bet in Europe it's different
Athletic throwing a scrub team out here today....no Llorente and Martinez, to begin with, but also no Muniain (injury), Amorebieta (recovering from minor surgery), and no Aurtenetxe (injury). Also, Aduriz isn't starting yet.
didn't Llorente announce he wasn't going to resign?
He's still under contract for another year. I guess they could bench him for the year, more or less, but if they don't move him, he'll play. Since it's a home game and he got jeered consistently at practice, I think they're avoiding an ugly scene.

didn't know he still a year left in the contract...AB need to transfer him, maybe to Deportivo
I think Llorente will play outside of Spain, if I heard correctly the other day on the radio that's what his ambitions are, possibly England or Italy?
Those dudes weren't even conscious as they hit the ground. Pepe landed on the side of his face. I don't think soccer trainers are as versed as hockey trainers when it comes to concussions. Neither player should keep playing in that condition IMO.
