I would vote for Molson. I was pretty young when that happened, and I will always remember how my heart sank when the Habs scored that one-timer 3rd goal on Irbe. That made the comeback all the more sweet.

Let's be honest, NO ONE saw that coming.

In 5 minutes the entire fanbase goes from "Well damn season's coming to a close" to "Sweet we tied the game" to "OH MY GOD STAAL SCORED!!!!!!!!!!!" to "HOLY **** WE WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I don't think we as a fanbase has had a more emotional bipolar rollercoaster than those final minutes.

Honestly, no one saw a lot of them coming. "Shock at the Rock" was pure elation for the reasons you describe, and is definitely a good choice, but had to go with the aforementioned Game 2 vs. NJ for sentimental reasons.
