If it did, I didn't hear about it. Probably just ceremony parking was annoying, but it didn't seem to be a huge problem

So I went to Hell's kitchen last night for some beer. It was pretty dead in there - Even on a Saturday night.

The owner must be PRAYING the lockout doesn't happen. I can't imagine how much business goes up when the Devs are in season..

Another reason why the millionaires and billionaires need to reach an agreement. If a lockout were to happen not only are they going to lose fans but they are going to hurt a lot of businesses that rely on those 41 homes game a year to bring in customers. Maybe the NHLPA, NHL, and owners can reliaze that.

There's nothing more satisfying than eating a meal you cooked by yourself entirely from scratch.

I met a young boy today sitting on a rock playing with a twig while his father shot his bow at the archery range.
I said to him, don't you have a bow? He shook his head, no. I said, would you like to shoot? He shook his head yes...so I walked over to my car and looked for a bow and a half dozen arrows that might fit him and I brought them to him.
I said, do you know how to shoot? He shook his head no. I said come over here I will teach you.

As we walked over to the targets the father came running over yelling what are you doing??? I said he wants to learn to shoot. The father said he told you that? I said yes he did...the father said he has severe autism and can barely communicate. I said so? He said so he didn't tell you anything.

I looked at the kid and said you want to shoot right? He shook his yes...the father allowed me to teach. After the lesson the Dad told me it was one of the best days of his life. As was mine.

Definitely. Last night I made a great pasta dish. Penne in homemade cream sauce with mushrooms and spinach. Came out very well, I'll definitely be making it again sometime.

That is very cool. Props to you man, need more of that in the world these days.

I was scared at first that the twist was something about the dad being mad at you for hijacking the kid. Pleasantly surprised by the happy ending.

I was thinking the same thing too. Glad it wasn't though. You're a very good guy Jim. Enjoyed the story!

Does anyone know of a worse airport(In the USA) than Denver International? I missed my flight back home there on Friday, and had to take it Saturday, and almost missed it again! Luckily I was able to rent the same car I had just dropped off again for another day. The airport is huge! I hadn't been there in years so I forgot. There's this train system that takes you to your terminal. It's a long one unlike the one in Tampa. It was nice visiting my buddy out there, but I wish I could fly Colorado Springs. They don't have flights to Tampa though.

Actually some of the scenes were of a real shark. There was a scene where a shark attacked a shark cage. That was actually a real shark from footage one of the crew members shot. In fact that's why Hooper was able to live in the movie even though he died in the book. That piece of footage shows the fish attacking the cage, but there's nobody in the cage. So they had to re-write the scene and had Hooper escape the cage.
