When your team is in win now mode and two of the assets have very little value. Raymond is a 1 year reclamation project who has little to no trade value, and a 4th round pick doesn't often go too far either.

I would gladly trade Mcnally and a 4th to upgrade our 2nd/3rd tweener (Raymond) to a guy who doesn't look uncomfortable playing on both the 2nd and 3rd line.
