If we can get it organized it seems like Washington has the most votes.

Aside from ease of ticket purchases, why Washington? They're going to be mediocre, and I don't know about you guys, but I'm pretty sick of playing them because of all these playoff series we've had against them. If I'm traveling over 4-5 hours I'd strongly prefer Boston.

No offense to NYR fans in the D.C. area.

I want Boston. I think we should re-set the polls now that we've discussed the plans and all.

If we can organize this with enough people we should so get a party bus to ride in to the game. I'd prefer Boston too if it's 4.5 hours either way

I'd be interested in the Boston black Friday game. Other dates I don't think work for me.

I would prefer a party bus to Boston as well on a weekend with pickup and dropoff at Penn station. We should contact nyr FO and see if they can help us get a block of tickets, provided we can get at least 50 - 100 people to confirm for the trip.

And since the game is at 1 that would allow us to get back before it gets very late.

Went to Carolina 2 years ago. Good atmosphere. My only gripe was there is NOTHING around the arena in terms of bars/restaurants. Marc and I are thinking of making that trip in march, too. If you go, go to The Pit for dinner. You're welcome, in advance.

Stupid CBA negotiations make this so much harder to plan in advance. I blame the owners on this one big time, even though I prefer an owner ruled league, not at the cost of regular season games though. That's for another thread though.

I think planning a trip isn't wise with a possible lockout; you don't know if the game will be played nor what the schedule is. If we plan it we could lose all the money.

I wouldn't in any case pick the black Friday game. Being early afternoon after Thanksgivingsny people will be scattered throughout and unable to meet that quickly following the holiday.

Hey you could even rent a car (or 15 passenger van) and head to Vegas for a day! Or just spend NewYears in Vegas and drive down!

Typically a lot warmer than Times Square:

I'm down for Philly since I'm only 15 minutes away at college.

I might be able to make the Boston trip, not sure yet though.

I would be down for a Washington game. Also, down for Vegas in case of a lockout. I have already been 3 times this year may as well add another to that number lol.

You plan on taking the kids? Isn't Vegas Disneyland for adults?

There's a 6Flags in Cali. Much better than hanging out with Mice and Ducks IMO!
