It's been 3 years I haven't purchased a ticket, way too expensive. I either get invited from a client, or watch at home. Way too high prices are ridiculous

I usually see the Habs 3-5 times per year, depending on a trip to Ottawa and a playoff game. But now the price of tickets are increasing every year and it's starting to annoy me a little. Maybe with a lockout I'll be able to save up money for the following year lol

It's crazy but doing road trips end up being cheaper then watching a home game here and I mean hotel and all
Bahh it's really expensive is you choose the Desjardins zone, but not sooo bad if you sit in the white zone and even affordable in the grey and btw there's not much difference between the grey and white zone. I'll never buy 10 or even 5 games in one season, so whenever I decide to go see a game I treat myself with a desjardins club ticket, all you can eat foods and not so long waiting line-ups.
Picked up two packs in the whites. It's stupidly easy to get tickets right now, wow. Makes me worry that scalpers have realized this too. ****ers.

Supply and Demand, a lot of people want to go to games. They'd be fools not to charge considering the demand. The Bell's been sold out for years.

That's basically what I do now... I used to go see 15+ games a year, but recent years I just go a couple of times and get the Desjardins section.

Desjardins are definitely awesome, never any line ups, coat check available and no one around you bust balls. I get them once a year from a client, love it

Trust me I get that, I'm sure it's even worse in Toronto. It is expensive though

You business students...
You can't rationalize money-oriented moves to people who have an emotional attachment to a team. More seriously though, I get the supply and demand argument, but for how long can they use it? It's sad that Habs fans have a similar relation with their team as drivers do with gas stations, fiends who accept paying ridiculous prices because it fills a need, whether emotional or functional.
a ticket last time I checked in the desjardins section is 170$ a piece to 230$, it's either the second most expensive ticket in the arena or at par with the red section. All food is free and you are right under the top section and over the bottom section. I love it because you don't have to pay 5$ for a hot-dog and the only thing that isn't free is beer.
I would never buy tickets now.
If the lockout lasts till March and upon the return the Fans DON'T come back and the average attendance is 3000-4000 the tickets will go for $10 but you would have paid???????????? WHAT???????????

It'll sell out regardless of when the games are played...
