He's been overshadowed by the drafting of Ullmark, but I'm going to go with Knapp here. One cannot forget his excellent senior season at Miami. If he can just get his lateral quickness up a bit, he could be an NHL goaltender.
This may be the toughest vote yet. I'll go with Ullmark based on ceiling alone. He needs to show me something in the SEL or else he'll slip back down. Add Peterson.

Add Lieuwen.
Agree with this. Out of the guys left, he has the best chance of making it, and probably the quickest path.
Ullmark though is probably the guy who could move the most--in either direction--in the midseason rankings, especially with more eyes watching him on this board.

I was very impressed with him at rookie camp. He squares up well, good lateral movement, and looked confident. I think he has a higher upside than any goalie in the pipeline, including Enroth.

I'm not saying he didn't look good at Dev Camp because I wasn't there, but didn't Ullmark get torched in the Blue/Gold scrimmage? I realize a half of a game in a scrimmage atmosphere isn't a reliable indicator of much, but I guess people are relying on the drills and shootout competitions?

I saw the first half of his time in net during the scrimmage and thought he looked fine. The one goal I saw get scored on him was a goofy bounce I believe. I had to take off and missed the rest of the goals though.
It may be because he was a late round pick and I didn't expect much from him this early, so he's all hyped up in my mind, I guess time will tell
Ullmark had a good D camp from the sounds of it, but Knapp had a very impressive year, a solid D camp, and trains with one of the better goalie coaches out there. He's gonna be my next vote for sure. No hate for Ullmark but it seems like most are making their decisions on him based on a very small sample size.
Ullmark looks like he has better tools than Knapp. Connor's got to get better moving, if he does, awesome since he takes up most of the net even when he's in the butterfly. Ullmark's nearly as big and has no such issue.

On the Ullmark thing, do we have confirmation on what level he's going to play at this year?
I don't know how accurate these are but he seems like he's going play in the SuperElit primarily again next year. I don't know what the level of competition is there but it's hard for me to rank European players too highly until they are at their country's version of the Elite League. I know he impressed in Developmental Camp but right now I place him in the "Has Tools, Need to See it Translated" category.
