He actually mainly used a hamster wheel with a picture of the Norris trophy being dangled in front of him on a stick by Alfredsson.

I guess he'll need a new workout this offseason.

He started running up hill, but as he inclined the hill flattened as straight as the plains of Saskatchewan.
