I doubt you'll find many Ottawa fans willing to trade Silfverberg and/or Cowen. Especially Cowen, he'll be a rock for us for a decade. Lehner is a personal favourite of mine, I hope we don't deal him.
Basically it goes against everything Ottawa's been trying to build in terms of both on-ice NHL product and the number of quality prospects that are in the pipeline, so I doubt they would even think about this proposal.
I wouldn't listen to many people on here unless they have first hand experience watching more than a handful of games - in Sweden. I think it's Silfverberg personally, but again, I have little to no basis for this opinion. Zibanejad was played in a terrible, checking role for Djurgardens last year (apparently) and struggled to put up points as a result (although he still put up 13 points in 26 games as a teen, something not many have done).
Silfverberg was the MVP of the SEL and the SEL playoffs, where he led his team to a championship. His shot is amazing, his skills appear NHL ready, he's was the default captain of Brynas. I'd say it's close, but it's Silfverberg personally.
You just asked for Karlsson's partner for the next 15 years on our top pairing, and our three, count 'em THREE best prospects for Kessel... Oh, but you threw in a 3rd, that really makes the difference...
The Sens will NOT bail out Burke for how horribly he botched the Kessel trade by making a trade that is even worse for us than the Kessel one was for you.

First, just fyi, its Silfverberg.
As for the answer to your question, neither is really right now, since between them they've played a total of 10 or 11 NHL games. As to who is the better prospect, there is a lot of varying opinion on that amongst Sens fans, but the majority probably would say Silfverberg. That said, they are both top prospects.
Haha your 3rd string, mid-prospect, 2 2nds for Kessel? Ya going PPG is overrated..
Whatever you think man I'm just sayin you Leaf fans Overrate your players you over rate Riemer,Kadri,Paneuf and The Big one Kessel...you were saying He's a point per game player, well JUST because he has HIS FIRST PPG Season Doesn't make him as great as you want him to be he only has 327 points in 465 games not that great and NOT a ppg player in his career.....He IS OVERRATED....Look at a guy like Pominville has 431 Points in 541 Games a better ppg average so far threw his career then Kessel so far would Ottawa fans throw Lehner,Zbad,Puempel and a 1st for him no you wouldn't obviously...so why do you guys think Kessel is worth a friggen arm and a leg HE'S NOT at Best Puempel,Lehner and a first AT BEST!!!!!!!
I have heard that lots and agree but on the other hand SJ probably doesnt wanna give up Pavelski so you gotta give good to get good
I can agree that Pavelski is worth that package, but again, moving Cowen is a mistake. If that's the cost for a winger, then I'd rather (as a Sens fan) wait it out and see what Zibanejad, Silfverberg, Stone and Noesen can do.

1st, I said "going PPG" not is a proven PPG player although it is probable that he will increase his totals as he is going into prime years. Is Giroux not a PPG player, just because his career numbers don't show that? Maybe they wouldn't throw that package away, but most teams coming of a playoff season give it up for a PPG from last year winger, on their side of weakness. You should really use same age players when comparing, instead of people who have already used their prime years and their stats contribute to that, in Pominville.
Perry is better than Spezza (and I'm the guy who got attacked last year when I said Spezza was a top 10 center)
That said: Karlson is just too amazing.
Umm what? I understand Perry scored 50 goals last year, but any oter year that they have both been in the league, Spezza has unanimously been the better player. I even factored in Coreys physical element, but Jason is a center, and has developed into a reliable defensive player.
Also, Spezza averages 83 points per 82 games, while Perry averages 66. With the fact that Spezza is two years older, if you ignore his last two seasons, he's still dominating Perry in scoring

Can't really compare Perry and Spezza. Perry = 2005 - 2008 Heatley
Any interest in Hemsky for a reasonable price? If he can stay somewhat healthy, I'd consider him a 1st liner or close to it anyway based on his past performances besides last season.

There is no incentive for Anaheim to do that. We go from needing a center to needing a ******** of wingers.
enough homerism. Ducks would do that faster than the Roffler would finish in bed with Kate Upton
