I don't, was a panic pick... but could have done worse. Probably should have grabbed a TE instead, but don't see anyone else picked around him that I'd kill to have instead.

Charles was never a goal line back. His value is the crap-ton of yards he can get because of his explosiveness, and that he can catch the ball as well as run with it. Most of his TDs were from more than 10 yards out, so I don't think Hillis hurts his value, because he was never that goal line guy to begin with. (same argument applies to Forte/Bush)

I might have taken Percy Harvin or Eric Decker there. However, I tend to believe that Austin will get healthy and stay that way. If he does, then your pick is just fine and great value where you got him.

Not a Harvin fan, especially with Ponder throwing to him. Decker should be a great redzone threat... but I like Austin's upside, and he's shown to be a WR1 at times.

Yeah, but a league like this really hurts him, especially when he is a PPR stud and we have no PPR of any kind. However, I wouldn't underestimate how many touches Hillis gets.

I'm not in love with my team, but I think it's fairly solid. Someone who's not in the league should come in and rate the teams in order for fun.

That would be cool, getting some evaluation, the only thing I'm worried about is Rivers, but I think he is a good value pick, needs to prove it though.

I thought so too prior to doing a lot of research, his ADP in general that is... but I've read a lot of bad stuff on him losing some velocity.

Well, we'll find out, I wont hesitate to replace him, love the rest of my starting lineup but couldn't spend a high pick on QB with 4pt touchdowns.

I'd worry about having 2 players holding out

Yeah, we'll see. I haven't been in a 4pt passing TD in probably 10 years... so we'll see the difference.

That's lame. Makes QBs too important.

We love it. Also paired up with 1 PPR.

I've always done 6pts for Passing TDs too. Yes, QBs are important, but the mid-tier ones can usually hold their own against a Top Tier one if you have a better draft at other positions. It makes things interesting overall. When combined with PPR (my main league is not PPR) I can see that helping the balance a bit.

If it's PPR then it makes sense. Or else 75% of QBs could become near worthless. Seems kinda silly with STD scoring though.

Yeah, all my leagues (except this one obviously) are 1 PPR.

This should be a fairly even league. Looking forward to seeing the trash talk every week.

Question. I know week 1 the first game is on a Wednesday. Do the rosters lock up 5 min before that game, or only if you have a player playing in that game?
