But seriously, for a guy that has over 22k posts in a hockey board, not having hockey this winter would make no difference in your life?

I can't speak for him but I'll be relatively unphased. I have other things to occupy my time even though I want an NHL season. Essentially, I won't lose sleep over it.

I lost interest in the NHL about a year and a half ago. I only continue to watch the Habs due to loyalty. In fact, not long after Martin was fired last season, I stopped watching the Habs altogether. I just don't care anymore. I will watch some Habs games and attend the odd Habs game for entertainment purposes, but I no longer invest much time into the NHL.

BTW, most of my posts come from page 2.

Watch hopefully future Hab Nathan Mackinnon play here for the Moose. And that might not just be a pipe dream given the fact that with a lockout we could end up having another high end pick.

Probably more NHL 13 than normal, and probably watch Bulldogs games religiously.

That's actually a good timing for me (if there's such a thing). I'll finally be able to finish my goddamned masters degree!

There may not be a lockout
if there is truth to the numbers what else can the NHLPA say

NHL proposed a 6 year term today
Players Share:
2012/13 - 51.6%
2013/14 - 50.5%
2014/15 - 49.6%
2015/16 - 50%
2016/17 - 50%
2017/18 - 50%

It seems reasonable doesn't it?

I'd probably see myself watch more Sudbury Wolves games, an increase in hours played on NHL13, and probably an increase in smoking

Increase in grades for college tho...... very doubtful

1. Bulldogs games, I live close to Hamilton and tickets are only $20(+$80 merchandise )

2. Streaming OHL games, to watch up and comers, 2013 eligible players, and mainly Galchenyuk.

3. NHL13!

@DarrenDreger

Proposed Salary Caps: all projected and fixed: 2012/13 - $58M 2013/14 -$60M. 2014/15-$62M. 2015/16-$64.2M. 2016/17 - $67.6M 2017/18 - $71.1M
how the hell would teams fit down to $58M we still need to sign subban and i believe we are at around 63M,

I'm away from home (currently in Chicago) for 4 months. I won't have internet much for the last two months as I will be travelling on train in the rockies and most likely won't have internet. I don't care whether there is a season or not.

Unless it still hasn't started in January, that is
