Didnt find a thread about Serie A.. no one interested in Serie A?

You'd find more excitement in a morgue than in the Serie A threads around here, so I'm not at all surprised that there wasn't one made for this season until now.

Really hope Napoli have what it takes to win the title this year.

I thought I made one. Sucks that they took the matches off ESPN3.com as there were some good watches last season.

I watched Milan-Sampdoria earlier today. Milan could have played all night and still not have scored.
They're a pretty mediocre team now imo.

Holy crap.

I pretty much only care about La Liga to watch Michael Bradley play.

Have become real sad, I don't even think we finish in the top 3 this year. Galliani and Berlusconi are going to learn the hard way! Still can't believe they sold both Ibra and TM, makes 0 sense

Aside from the fantastic Osvaldo goal how is Zemanlandia 2012 looking?

Chievo are literally the most boring club in top level football. I have absolutely no idea why anyone would ever "hope" that they do anything other than get relegated.

I'd reckon it to be pretty much the same story as last year.

Juventus are clear favourites, though they're unlikely to go undefeated this time around with their European commitments. Their attackers are not top notch (at international level) though, so they might struggle to score a bit (provided they don't get likes of Llorente late in the window). If they bow out of the CL early on, they should win the title at ease.

Inter look like able to be putting up a decent challenge, especially when they're are only playing in the Euro league and might not have it as a priority.

For the third spot, I'd like Napoli since it looks like Hamsik and Cavani are staying, but at the same time they have improved only marginally, if at all, from last season. Might challenge for the direct CL spot, but I doubt it.

Milan are at a sorry state, I see them being out of the Championship running quite early on.

As seen when they missed the CL proper, Udinese are not the team they were a few seasons ago. So many of their best players have left and age is bound to catch up with Di Natale rather soon.

If Jovetic stays, Fiorentina will make Europe and have some nice games along the way, but they don't look like contenders. Rome teams are probably also Europe bound, even if they are nothing special.

Juve are my team thanks for starting this thread.

Unfortunately I'm not as excited this year as I was last season. It's unfortunate that the Serie A is no more a top 3 league. We all talk about Milan but really it's not only Milan, big players are leaving italian clubs every year. At least Juve has a very decent squad and could go far in CL, but they absolutely need a top notch striker to be even considered in the discussion.

that was great, but this one from last season was something else:

too bad an idiotic linesman had to disallow the goal because of a non-existent offside

My two favorite teams Inter and Juve, either one of them is winning the scudetto this year.

Just am.Roberto Baggio is my favorite player of all time and he played for both.I have liked Inter ever since I was a young kid and I like Juve simply because of Buffon (and formerly Del Piero). Those 2 ARE/WERE Juve.

And liking Juve and Inter isn't as bad as liking Inter and AC Milan, Juve is Turin, and Inter is Milan.

Understand and to each his own.

As a fellow Juve fan there is just no team I despise more than Inter.

You just said that you can be a leaf and a habs fan at the same time. It's just not right lol. But I understand you, I cant hate inter because of Zanetti.
