Needs-#1 center,bottom 2nd/3rd line power forward,top 4 physical D-Man,#1 goalie

I was curious when one of our centres were going to be poached again. Duchene is kinda new, usually its Stastny obviously.

Lupul Colborne and a 2nd? I can name three things I don't like about this deal and they are Lupul Colborne and a 2nd.

Scrivens
Duchene, Stewart, Gleason and Luongo are all staying put, especially if these are the only offers. All of those deals are awful, and as an anthology, with no hyperbole needed, it is likely the worst set I have viewed on HF. I understand fully that this is not representative of the Leafs fan base, but might I suggest a reading test for potential applicants?

These are all awful. There aren't even any Leafs fans chiming in yet saying "we wouldn't even make that trade anyways, so both teams can just keep their players".

When not a single Leafs fan has anything bad to say about the proposal or thinks they're getting the worst of it, it's a bad proposal.

Change Lupul to the all mighty Bozak, and the 2nd rounder to the two 4th rounders, and Colorado would probably deal Duchene.

To be honest though I don't think Lupul, Colborne, 2nd for Duchene is terrible value. It just doesn't make sense for Colorado to trade him.
