eberle has not shown that he is better than kane. he is a complimentary player. one good year, great, but let's see him do it for another 3-4 years and then maybe he can be mentioned in the same breath as kane.

No he is not. If you build your team around Kane you're screwed IMO.
Chicago is build around few players. Toews and Keith are much more important to the team.
If Kane can rebound (which i think he will) he is better than Eberle right now but not by much. In fact, i'd take Eberle if i had to choose.

The question in the original post is "Who would you rather have on your team?". You guys would seriously rather have Kane on the Oilers than Eberle?
Eberle was a better player last year, is younger, grew up an Oilers fan, is great friends with Hall and doesn't beat up cab drivers and go on drunken rampages in his spare time.
I wouldn't even think about swapping Eberle for Kane.
I believe Eberle had a career year. I dont see him hitting 76 next year. Closer to 60.
You are out of your mind. Its possible he wont repeat the same point totals next year but he definitely has all the tools to be a consistent +PPG player.
