Yeah why simply copy the entire 'scouting' report for each guy when you can cherry pick individual lines from them...

What?

The rest of them has nothing to do with what I was talking about. At all. I didn't cherry-pick anything and you know it.

Djoos scored the OT winner in the U20 game against Russia, he had an assist as well in the 3-2 win.

The article basically quotes Kolzig saying, that Grubauer already surprised a few people in last years training camp, and then went on to perform well in the ECHL.
Kolzig also states that Grubauer is the kind of player every coach loves working with, because when you show him something or point something out to him he immediately tries to make adjustments.
Finally Kolzig is quoted saying, that he firmly believes that Grubauer will play in the NHL someday.

Yes, and two primary assists in the next game! Djoos is going to be interesting to watch. I'll be following Brynas this season to see how he progresses. It seems that he'll be playing some J20 but on the A-team some as well. He's included in the senior team photo, so they must have some serious plans to include him at the senior level.

Speaking of Forsberg, you can see him play here in an exhibition game against last years SEL-champions Brynäs:

(hopefully it works)

The Leksand-Brynas game is still available as a replay at the above link. The actual game begins at about 16 minutes into the video (after the advertising, commentary and audio problems).

Christian Djoos: #3 in black
Filip Forsberg: #16 in white (home team)

Its weird that with the lack of video of Forsberg, I can watch that video, not be able to see names, and know which one is Forsberg because I already can identify Forsbergs stride.

Forsberg 0 points in first 2 games of season.

Can't comment on actual play though.

Christian Djoos has played in all three games for Brynäs so far. Today he played 19:32 minutes in a 4-3 overtime victory, was a +1 and had 4 PIM, high sticking penalty.

Hockey Prospectus Top 100 Prospects

4. Evgeny Kuznetsov
10. Filip Forsberg
29. Stanislav Galiev

Interesting things, Granlund is above Kuznetsov. Grigorenko too. At least Huberdeau the 165 lb boys league wonder isn't above Kuznetsov.

Tuevo Teravanien is 11th.

Not a fan of the list either way, but we could of had 3 prospects in the top 15, but instead we have Tom Wilson. At least he can play like Matt Hendricks, right?

Valerenga is 4-0. Soberg started all four.

McKenzie's pre-season 2013 draft rankings. It seems like a far stronger forward group and, at least early on, it has the makings of a quality first round throughout. Zadorov is pretty intriguing...a big, physical LD behind Alzner would be a nice fit.
