This series is slowly reminding me of our Tampa Bay series 2 yrs ago, unfortunately i see the same result at the end of a 7 game series.
I hope I'm wrong.

Yeah, if the Flyers would have won 1 of those games against the Devils you would have won the division. However, that also means Jersey would have finished with 2 fewer points, putting them in the 6th seed behind the Rangers.

So you would've played the Devils first-round if you had beaten them one of those games.

Honestly, if Forsberg steps it up the last 2 games, he can motivate the team, and the Flyers could very well win the series. If he doesn't, Flyers will sadly lose in game 6.
