Many top players in the NHL today were not considered to be top end prospects either, you never know who that future all star might be.

Could be? Sure. But our top end talent is iffy, IMO.
The closest thing we have to a bluechip is Smith, who is 23, and, IMO, has enough holes in his game to make me question whether he's going to be a legit top 2 defenseman.
I think Nyquist is also top 6 material. But I'm not 100 percent sold on that just yet.

Going to be super busy the next couple days and through the weekend, probably need someone to take this over for 19 and 20. Still planning to go to 25 in total. Hope somebody can help out, will try to stop in and vote, but I would not be around to put them up when the polls close.

Adam Almqvist
Andreas Athanasiou
Mitchell Callahan
Landon Ferraro
Brian Lashoff
Ben Marshall
Richard Nedomlel
Max Nicastro
Jake Paterson
Alan Quine

From this remaining list...

Nedomlel
Marshall
Callahan
Nicastro
Quine
Ferraro
Paterson
Lashoff
AA(forward)
AA(defenseman)

...and there are still players that Detroit owns the rights to that I think have NHL potential.

The deepest I've ever seen the Detroit prospect pool.
