I voted for Harrison Ruopp. He has the potential to be a Mark Fistric type defenceman.

Went with Archibald. I feel like he's being underrated. He apparently plays hard and has some offensive skills. I think i might've heard he's comparable to Max Talbot, and who wouldn't want another Superstar?

surprised by the votes for Ruopp. i'd like to hear more about him. especially in comparison to Samuelsson and Reid McNeill as they all project to be shut-down types.

Man, Matt Murray looks like a guy who gets baked quite regularly in every picture I see of him. I also knew a Matt Murray who was a major druggie in high school. I kind of hope Murray never makes it so I don't have to constantly associate the two.

Normally yes, but he's a goalie which can be skinny. MaF was very skinny when he was drafted, if i remember correctly. Its not impossible. But from someone who is always around people who partake. He really doesnt strike me as someone who does.

Looks like they're projecting him in more of a glorified grinder role. Top PK'er, like a Jim Slater

His Sophmore year was worse than his Freshman year, If you're an NHL forward prospect you really should be putting up at least 0.5 PPG by your 2nd year. He still has time to turn it round though.

Yeah, but he doesn't quite have Slater's top-end speed. I have had high hopes for Rust since his draft year when his coach compared him to Dustin Brown-lite, but I don't see the physical play, any kind of creative offensive ability, elite speed/size nor anything else that makes him stand out.

I would love to be proven wrong, because it would be nice to have another solid asset for the Pens. But at this point Rust looks like a guy who is an AHLer or maybe a 4th line tweener on a really weak team. I don't really see him as a future Penguin.
