I know we tried to draft a LW for years, but I would think we can do better than Kelly Miller at 2LW. Move Semin there and add Dino. I would also upgrade Dave Christian to Bengt, and I would also take a healthy Chris Simon over Brewbee.

If we could simply combine Yvon Corriveau Jeff Greenlaw Steve Maltais and Trevor Halverson into one player, they may give ole Chernie a run for his money.

The problem with Simon and Dino was that they weren't with the Caps for very long.....I'm considering how many good seasons players had with the Caps in the equation Gustafsson's problem is he only spent one or two seasons at LW

well done....but I'd probably take Semin over Courtnall. Berube is redundant with May. I'd rather squeeze a more skilled guy in that spot. Either defensively or offensively, but not another tough guy. Hard to leave Murphy off there too...

I'd consider one of May or Berube over Konowalchuk, but not having both over him. No need for two brawlers, especially if you're leaving a guy like Kono out in the cold. And it's not like Hunter or early career Scott Stevens were afraid to drop the mitts, either.
