Thought I'd share this with you guys... in the middle of sentence, my prof had a look of shock and horror suddenly overcome him as he froze and paused mid sentence for a few seconds before pointing at a baby-faced guy with medium length light curly brown hair and yelled "Michael Cera?!"

After the class had a laugh, he says to the guy, "I'm sorry, i didn't mean to embarrass you, it's nothing personal. I've mistaken 4 other people as Michael Cera in my other classes already."

I was hoping that the Samsung Galaxy Camera was going to have phone capabilities, but it doesn't, which kind of sucks cause that would have been cool (for me anyhow).

I'm really thinking of going with the Lumia. I am somewhat disappointed with only an 8MP camera, as I was hoping they pushed it to 10, but 8 is still superior to my iPhone 4. I'm not worried about apps, because with an 8 MP camera you can take naturally rich pictures without needing subtle filtering and lighting adjustments thanks to the iPhone's very fickle aperture. Anything I want to edit further I can take to Photoshop. Not to mention the few apps they are releasing with their phone for the camera.

As far as other apps like games and stuff, they will come in time so long as Windows 8 gives users the same creative avenues that OS, and Android have.

I will wait and see what kind of reviews it gets, and what the development community thinks before buying it, but I do not want another iPhone.

I started my senior year of high school last Thursday. Yup. Had school for 2 days, then a 3-day weekend for Labor Day, followed by this 4-day week. Got nothing done last week, except for my AP Calc class of course. Math teachers at my school start actually going over material the first day.

In regards to work, I always thought I wanted to work in retail. Then I realized that no one actually likes working in retail, and the job I have is infinitely better. I'm an All-State saxophonist and I tutor middle school kids in my school district, charging $20/hour which is an amazing rate considering "professionals" (college mucisians) may charge $60/hour. So with 5 students and one 1-hour lesson per week, I'm making $100 a week only working 5 hours, no taxes, doing something I love. Too bad I'll be going away to college next year and I'll have to kiss that money goodbye

So I was able to get a second callback in the same area as the firm in the North East I got a callback from when I emailed them to tell them I'd be up there and would love to meet with them again.

Nice.

And I got another callback today via a firm I mass mailed.

Nice.

Things are finally looking a bit less bleak.

Also, I get to essentially take a full weeks vacation in the two firm area next week since I'm not going up there once, coming back, and going up there again.

Nice.

Just a personal experience. We were only supposed to do an outline and it's supposed to be extemporaneous (aka you bs it while you're up there.) I just hate public speaking so this class is gonna suck.
