Starting to feel bad for those voting for Lashoff, think I finally join that crowd after this round although Callahan and Lashoff are a tough choice for me. Just not very high on Lashoff after watching him the past two seasons. Think injuries were the reason last year, but he needs to play better on a night to night basis to move higher up my list to where a lot of people are putting him at least for me. I do think he will wear the C in Grand Rapids this year.
For me, it was a toss up between Lashoff and Callahan, two guys who are fringe prospects, I think, but might have the kind of game that makes them valuable on a 4th line or third pairing.
I went with lashoff
But starting to think Paterson would have been the choice
Quine. High level skating and playmaking. Here is a guy who is a bit under the radar because he was caught behind Austin Watson until the deadline. This year he will play with Puempel the entire season, and he will center the PP instead of playing on the point....I expect a big year from him.

Like the first part and completely agree an awesome skater with very good vision.
He will not be playing with Puempel though, the Petes traded him (Puempel) to Kitchener.
