I was really impressed with a lot of defensemen and goalies this year. Few standouts amongst the forwards, but if Einar Emmanuelsson learns how to be less selfish on the ice, watch out! He's got real game breaking skills. Rasmus Asplunds playmaking impressed me as well.
It's way to early to tell already, but Swedish d for the 2015 draft looks ridiculously good: Simon Sandström, Rasmus Andersson (late 96-born), Jonathan Léman, Lucas Carlsson, Oliver Kylington, Ludvig Collberg, Filip Berglund, Marcus Hardegård....and so on. Could be several first rounders.

Looks like a really deep year for goalies too, with top talents like Felix Sandström, Robin Christoffersson, Daniel Marmenlind and Andreas Kåberg. To name a few...

Östergötland as a team was pretty poor but he did finish with more than ppg which is good for an under aged player. I didn't get to watch too many of Östergötlands games but in the last game vs Blekinge he could have easily scored a couple of goals but missed some chances, hit the post etc.

The Swedish Ice Hockey Association has the official rosters.
Well, you won't find anything from the first 40 years of the tournament, but every roster from 1999 onwards is available here.
Click "Divisions" and "Other tournaments".
Choose your season and click "TV-Pucken".
Click "Team rosters" and choose your team.

If looking at sizes of players at previous tourneys, keep in mind that before 2008/2009 it was a tourney for 16YO:s. From 2009/2010 they changed it so it became a tourney for 15YO:s. Because of this, the class of 93 never got to play TV-pucken.

1959-1978 was 16, 1979-2002 was 15, 2003-2008 was 16, and now it's 15 again. It's gone back and forth.

Looks like Oliver Kylington is leaving Djurgården for Södertälje J20.

SSK really doesn't mind the young guys it seems. Great for Nylander and Kylington.

Maybe just the easiest way to get promising youngsters to the organization?

I guess. But it looks like Nylander will be one of their leading J20 scorers so can't really blame them. On the men's team they have five -93 borns and one -94 born, plus a couple of 90-92 and a average team age of under 23. So it's a good spot for young guys.
