If the NHL locks out, what is the likelihood that any of the top 25 make the AHL team? I'm getting the AHL internet package to mostly watch the Wild's AHL team because 7 of our top prospects are going to Houston. I follow the Penguins almost as equally as the Wild. But I didn't know who was going to Wilkes-Barre.

Honestly I'm not quite sure how the AHL will handle players being beyond their elc in regards to be eligible for the AHL this time around. It may depend on if their contracts are 2-way or not I suppose.

though not listed, I think Alex Grant has a decent chance at becoming a 6th defenseman with some offensive upside
