My phone line stopped working and so my DSL internet is not working.

Bell says I have to redo the wiring inside the house. LOL yeah right, said same thing last time and all it took was to replace one phone jack.

We'll see what happens, but I might be MIA for a while.

Is that why you suddenly disappeared last night?

One thing that definitely needs tweaking in the new patch is the poke-check. In no way should it be that effective, 10 times out of 10. It's not even about being poke-checked 100 times in a shift, but the fact that I can strip someone of the puck even while a few feet away from them, is a joke.

I don't want this game to go back to what NHL12 was...people skating through the whole team without being pokechecked.

Yeah I'm digging the poke choke as well, although it's definitely broken.

A happy medium between the NHL 12 cheesing and the NHL 13 poke fest would be great.

Got internet working somehow... and I love this game.

It actually feels like a hockey game. Rebounds, five holes, goalies making saves for once. Defensemen getting beat by speed (although annoying for someone like me who plays D in EASHL).

Played Versus against a guy before getting DC'ed, he scored by crashing the net, I scored by threading the puck through two defensemen, and then I scored again off a rebound.

Fun stuff!
