How can I clearly see it at a static picture? I've seen ton of jumps as well, and this is a very obvious jump to the head. On-ice call was correct. Pashnin was lucky not to have a severe injury.
I think we won't reach an agreement, so let's stop it...

To Vityaz - dont know, I read it at clubs website. Maybe he did not hire Gillies, he became president of club a few days before season. Of course, he should know what was happening in club before

He's not that terrible. Simply being that small he lets in a few goals that would be an easy save for "usual" 6+ ft. goaltender.

But frankly, goaltenders were the difference. Avangard started 21 year old Eduard Reizvich which is virtually unknown at least to me.

SKA with pretty questionable goaltending though. Definitely not top calibre.
