Thanks been checking all day for them...

Inb4 the bashers say he would never score this in the NHL.

Great goal. The defense man gets pressure goes to dump the puck, Kuznetsov reads play gets puck and the defense man got caught on the other side, and instead of letting the defense man catch him snipes blocker high with a tricky looking snap shot from 40 feet out , probably the fastest I've seen someone get off a snapshot.

This goal is actually unlike Kuznetsov. He's less known for any kind of wristers or snapshots and a lot of the time he'll chose close in on the goalie and deke.

It's good to see, now goalies can fear his shot as much as his dekes.

Damn so close...

Haha, Kuznetsov is so fast he created a rut in the ice during his breakaway.

Kuzya with a beauty of a goal, 2 points this game! 2-3, another one to tie it up.

Traktor loses 3-2 to SKA, which is a very good team. Kuznetsov with a secondary assist and a great goal.

Yeah, he looks great, and against very good teams. But still too selfish with the puck.

Fine with me, the Caps need some players who are more selfish with the puck.

Except for Laich, 2 on 1 with Ovechkin, tries jam play.

1 (shg) goal and 2 assists in a 4 - 1 win. 1 of the assists was on a shg as well. (3 of Traktor's 4 goals were shg)

Pretty apparent that he is going to be a major, major upgrade over Semin (I say that because a lot of people here had him pegged as a Semin-clone).

Don't get your hopes that high. A major upgrade over a PPG player?

Semin wasn't that for the last few years, especially at the playoffs. Injury issues too, I think he was ppg 10-11 before he injured himself.

But sort of agree, I don't think there's any player that could be said to be major upgrade over what Semin brings. Or at least could bring.

Has Kuzya played wing or C this games?
