Nothing I've seen would give the indication that Rosenhaus would do anything shady.

What are you aware of? Auto instant replay review on all turnovers, 1 player can be retrieved from IR during the season, trade deadline moved back to week 8, whatever adventure the replacemet refs have for us that particular day...

So a joke of a decision just happened.

Texans DE Antonio Smith was fined $21,000 for kicking Dolphins OL Richie Incognito in the head.

On the surface its fine, but when you see the play, you see that Richie Incognito held on to Smiths ankle and tried to break it(there is a video of him grabbing and pulling the ankle after the play, and these guys qerent involved in the play or in the area).

And now Smith gets fined.

At first blush, it looks like Incognito is a hungry dog and Smith’s femur is the ham bone. But Incognito explained himself via a stream of Twitter direct messages to PFT.

“I have seen the video,” Incognito said. “Once the ball was fumbled I grabbed his legs to stop him from recovering the fumble. It’s clear that I wrap my arms around both his legs. I was trying to keep him from scrambling to the ball.

“After the ball was recovered I felt him kicking me. I was trying to protect myself. Kind of like a turtle in a shell. At no time was I turning his ankle. My intent was to keep him from getting to the ball.”

The Texans had been calling Incognito a dirty player even before the game started (and rightfully so).

Cassel part is absolutely true

From my reading of Chiefplanet there is littl eot no support for Pioli in KC from media/fans or even players

Bears are morons

Webb staying in at starting LT and now Chilo Rachal will be our LG

Quote:
This is the first time playing left guard in my career,” Rachal said. “I like it. I am naturally left-handed. I should like this position better than right.”

Bills say Tamba Hali is dirty:

http://blogs.buffalonews.com/press-c...irty-play.html

Quote:
Wood noted Hali, playing his first game after serving a suspension for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy, went after Levitre's neck and deliberately tried to hurt rookie left tackle Cordy Glenn's arm.

"It was stuff after the play, where they're trying to get a guy's arm out of socket or trying to twist a guy's head under a pile," Wood said. "We're not going to stand for that."

Patriots sign TE Kellen Winslow Jr.:

http://espn.go.com/boston/nfl/story/...jr-sources-say

Presumably a stop-gap replacement for Hernandez in the 2 TE sets. Big question is if he'll pick the offense up quickly enough to contribute right away.

Cardinals are in a really good spot the next few weeks:

Week 3: vs PHI
Week 4: vs MIA
Week 5: @ STL
Week 6: vs BUF
Week 7: @ MIN

Could easily be 5-2 or 6-1.
