Same here. I really wanna see how my roster plays. Btw, Ominous, did you ever respond to our trade talks from the other day?
I cleared my inbox of messages. Can you give me a rundown?
If it's for Bolland (or another piece), pretty much everything but Boedker, Gaborik, Yandle, Rundblad, & Smith are on the table. Those are my untouchables.

BTW, Monty said that I accepted your trade twice. I hope I get two Marian Gaborik's!
And I can make an all-OEL team!
Lundquist is being shopped around to teams that need an all-star goalie. Would be looking for a big package for him including a top 3 foward or a top 2 d-man and picks or prospects. PM me if you are interested.
do we have the option to play our games if our opponents want to? because i want to play as many as possible. not a big fan of simulation
You have the option to play any game on your schedule once we get this rolling. If a user isn't on and you need to play your game you can always play the computer.

unless xbox is different than PS3, the user needs to change their setting to allow their games to be simmed or computer controlled first.
ya. if you go in like you are playing a game one of the options is to allow your games to be simmed or computer controlled. Otherwise it just takes you to the team select screen and you just wait there until the other player joins. I'm pretty sure its something you only have to change once though.
It's been hard as hell just to get everyone to sign up. It's been impossible to get each GM to post their roster/trade block/prospects in an orderly fashion (much of the blame can be placed on the fact we don't have a GM for Anaheim). I can only imagine the nightmare that is about to transpire asking each GM to change that setting lol.
So, what happens if there's inactivity, but it's time to advance the schedule? Does the guy that wanted to play all week get boned because one of his opponents didn't show up to play, thus simming their head-to-head, with a chance of him losing???

that's what I'm assuming. We just started playing today and ran into this issue as well. We actually only have like 18 GM's in the league despite having 28 according to the thread in this forum, but now that I see this setting I might actually be ok with that.
Just out of curiosity, how do you guys plan to do the scheduling? We are planning to do a two week block every m-th and another every fri-sun so 4 game weeks every real week.
My thinking with the simming and computer games is to say monday and tuesday only home teams will play against the computer. If you don't play those games by then, the away team can step in and play them on wed and Thurs. Then the same thing with Friday for home only and sat-sun are fair game. Obviously with people trying to work out good times to actually play each other whenever possible. Sadly this all has to be done via honor system because the game is pretty poorly setup.
I posted in the other thread saying I'd take Boston or Edmonton if they were still available, sent a request online for Boston, but which teams are left?
I'll take any team to glory with my 3l!7e GM skillz
