OT: Video Game Talk (Part 2)

People complaining about the rosters need to chill.

EA cannot legally put Justin Schultz into the game. He has to play a certain number of games in a league that EA owns licensing of.

That's why no College players are in before they play a few games.

Crappy thing about Xbox is I have no idea how to download custom rosters... PS3 is better in that regard.

Any guides out there to create players not in the game yet? (Justin Schultz mainly, I'm not a scout)

My friends and I just made a league or the PS3 called "Death Star."
Only team taken is EDM. Join up!

We will generally be playing Friday nights & weekends (GMT).

Multiple players, superstar difficultly, everything is more or less standard setup.

If you want them to get better you need to play them on the top 2 lines and score a bunch with them, if they play on the 4th they'll barely improve. Make sure you set auto line changes to off or you'll have to do it every game. By year 3 or 4 I'd guess that Yak or Murray will be 85ish if they get a lot of time and points, so it's up to you if that works I suppose. Hope this helps.

Has anyone else played Black Mesa yet? A fan remake of Half-Life 1, I love it. I first played it back in 99, and it's still great to play.

I got the Oilers jerseys and logo, Nugent-Hopkins, Hemsky, Sutton and Peckham.

Assasins Creed looks insane. Never played the first, played the 2nd and loved it even though the ending ruined the game. I lost alot of interest after that ending and it seemed like they were churning out sequels like it was an NHL game so I stayed away.

Every video I watch of the 3rd looks awesome. Fun fact. Philadelphia was supposed to be in the game as well but it was one of the first cities to be built on a grid. The developers said it didnt play as fun as old cities with no real organization

I was a big fan of the first two games. Haven't played one since then though.

Definitely looking forward to the new one.
