No. All NHL`ers who have existing contract with NHL club, will return to their NHL team when lockout ends.

Can't you read? Nothing is signed just yet. The fact that Kaspars will play in Riga was clear for quite a while now. Basically Daugavins has a mutual agreement and now such issues as insurance, the signing of the actual contract and registering Kaspars in the KHL are being sorted.

Still, Daugavins states that he hopes that he will play already today, which, according to my knowledge, shouldn't be possible, as clubs must register players to the KHL at least 24 hours prior the game.

По его мнению, для таких сделок нужно время: "Это только Геннадий Иванович Величкин – уникальный человек, за час подписал аж Малкина и Гончара".
Agent of Kovalchuk told about singing NHLer in KHL. "It takes time to sign them, Velichkin is a unique person to be able to sign both Malkin and Gonchar within an hour"

Used by IIHF, and everyone named Semyon since Varlamov pointed it out to NHL. This is no misspeling, it makes you pronounce Russian surnames with "" in it properly. Just because to English speaking folks "" looks like "e", doesn't make it a correct translation. I wonder why Russian "c", for example, isn't conversed to English "c"? Hey, they look the same...

Afaik, all Russians except Varlamov who have "" letter in their names, don't care about correct translation.
