Most teams fully updated. Likely mistakes here and there and a ton of blank spots. It's getting there though.

Few corrections for Buffalo: 1) If these are based on last season's lines, Tropp was playing with Hodgson and Vanek and Pominville was paired with Leino. Ott will likely center that line. 2) Ville Leino at center experiment failed a while ago and will never be tried again ever.

Joe Corvo is missing in Carolina's defence, or is he injured?

Other then that, Ottawas lineup is good

Just a wee bit of a correction for the Oilers 3rd d-pairing: Justin Schultz, not Jeff Schultz.

Filppula on the third line? Didn't he just have a 66 point season?

I know you left the blank spots for a reason, but I posted what I expected the whole roster to look like anyways. Just a few minor changes to what you had (for example, Brett Clark is not being resigned).

Ryan Malone // Steven Stamkos // Martin St. Louis
Brett Connolly // Vincent Lecavalier // Teddy Purcell
Benoit Pouliot // Tom Pyatt // J.T. Brown
Dana Tyrell // Nate Thompson // B.J. Crombeen
Adam Hall, J.T. Wyman

Victor Hedman // Eric Brewer
Matt Carle // Sami Salo
Brendan Mikkelson // Brian Lee
Marc-Andre Bergeron, Keith Aulie

Anders Lindback
Mathieu Garon

NEW YORK RANGERS

Hagelin - Richards - Nash
Kreider - Stepan - Callahan
XX - Boyle - Pyatt
Rupp - Halpern - Asham (suspended 1st game)

McDonaugh - Girardi
Staal - Stralman
del Zotto - Eminger/Bickel

Lundqvist
Biron

IR - Gaborik (RW), Sauer (RD)

Will add one-two forwards to start season - be it callups (Miller, Haley, Hrivik, Thomas, Newbury), a new free agent or camp invitee, a trade or possibly a victim of the new CBA rules. Team looks good though
Gaborik when healthy will most likely move Nash to the left side and Hagelin slides down to the 3rd line. Possible top 6 would be:
Nash - Richards -Callahan
Kreider - Stepan - Gaborik
If Sauer were to return it would solidify one of the top 3 defensive cores in the league imo.

These are supposed to be current projected lineups. Roy is out until November at the earliest recovering from shoulder surgery.

Detroit: Jakub Kindl is playing in the Czech Republic.

The defense also should look like this:

(Kronwall)/White
(Kindl)/Ericsson
Quincey/(Smith)

Kindl and Smith won't be on the same pair, and Kindl has solid chemistry with E.

Brad Staubitz should be included.

The blank spots make it confusing, why have them? All the players signing Euro contracts will be coming back when the season starts

Already gone this far, lol.

They'll be re-added shortly after the season starts (if it happens).

2 potential buyouts could mix up rosters quite a bit plus I imagine teams have deals in place when the lockout ideally ends.

Could Lecavalier be bought out? Is there a thread for options like this? I bet each team could come up with 1 or even 2 options to buyout looking towards a lower cap next yr

Gaborik is now healthy and would ready for camp. Sauer is not so I would say

Nash, Richards, Callahan
Kreider, Stepan, Gaborik
Hagelin, Boyle, Pyatt
Rupp, Halpern, Asham
Haley

McDonaugh, Girardi
Staal, Stralman
Del Zotto, Bickel
Eminger

Gilroy likely gets a two deal at the very least and starts the year with the team aswell.

Who the heck knows who may be signed after potential buyouts. Guys like Arnott are still there as well.
