He's actually put up pretty decent during the first two weeks. I have him in two leagues, including my money league. I wouldn't want him actually playing for my team, but he's a solid fantasy quarterback.

At this point I'm going to continue to roll with him as my #1. It's also nice knowing that I'm sure he's bound to have a couple of monster games this year.

Crazy week for the survivor pool.

Lots of people are out because of the Pats, I think ESPN was showing that 40% of the people in their survivor leagues had picked NE.

Yeah, those fumbles/INTs/turnovers in general just scare the crap out of me.

with f jackson out in week 1 and a bradshaw out in week 2 im not even going to have enough rbs to field a team and it'll only be week 3

i don't mind when my players dont perform but when they don't even get the chance due to injury it really makes me hate the luck i have with this funtivity

Blackmon crapped out on me (I have to stop starting him, period) and Kenny Britt could also put up a zero. That could make up for you losing Charles and Bradshaw.

lol @ Joshua Morgan.

What a stupid, stupid penalty to take at the end of the STL / WSH game. Talk about costing your team a chance to win.

So after all my bench mistakes, two winnable weeks. I'm up by 49 points against Jack Tripper and he's got Matt Ryan, Tony Gonzalez, Thomas, Bryant AND Kevin Smith (holy ****), and I have Detroit's DEF.

I COULD win, but somehow I doubt it.

In the other league I'm down by 10.3 points with Matt Stafford still to come. Again, this is a matchup I SHOULD win, but whether or not I win is another question. If Stafford plays like he did week 1, I'm screwed. I can't have a 4 pick game.

At this point I've pretty much resorted to hoping the 49ers pass rush ruins Stafford on the first series. Nothing serious of course, maybe just a shoulder stinger on his throwing arm.

Man what a disaster of a week. Absolutely getting destroyed by LiquidSnake, this is just embarrassing. Absolutely everyone on my team crapped the bed at once, sigh.

So glad I got to play Spiller this week...

Also shoutout to the replacement refs for costing SJax a TD/getting him pinned to the bench for the rest of the game lol. Bah - In Megatron We Trust?

Gonna win in the league I think I have a better team in (non-keeper), so I'm okay with losing the week in the keeper league. Having Brees and Big Ben is amazing.

You can't pick the same team twice. You'll have to pick Atlanta.

Being in Philly right now (a BC transplant), let's just say Vick is an uniquely frustrating quarterback. A complete athletic freak (minus say being a few inches taller) who just seems to have never been able to read defences. Personally, I'm not surprised that his best year was his first year back after his suspension. After all, he was freshly humbled and had to be more cautious both on and off the field.

Just one reason I actually like Alex Smith more than most - given stability/a good coach, he has managed to avoid the costly giveaways that are so infuriating.

Vick's best year was actually his second year back after suspension, he spent his first year mostly on the bench in Philly.

About what? The picks he threw or the fact the refs handed them the game?

You are correct - I should have specified his first full year starting.
