Nothing more than a stunt, ala Justin Bieber. Plus, Noel is Brittish, and those guys can't play hockey.

Haven't heard anything about Hossa yet, either.

But I can confirm that Gorges was a captain in Kelowna.

To answer a question on the first page about big Blunden, he was sent to Hamilton according to the special no waivers clause the Players negociated with the league 2 last week.

Send a message via MSN to Rise from the Ashes
He's definitely improved the size of his arms anyways.

Thats a STACKED Bulldogs team. Hope RDS will broadcast the games during the lockout. Would like to see some games!

Compared to other teams sending down their prospects and young studs, Bulldogs will definitely need to step up their game if they want to compete. Still, should be fun watching guys like Gallagher, Tinordi and Beaulieu - among others - with the 'Dogs this year.

Indeed, alot of AHL teams will be stacked.. Our roster looks very good on paper but thats a very young squad..

I have the feeling Louis will have a pretty good year, possibly over the ppg in the AHL.. It will be interesting to see if he gets used on wings or down the middle..

Same here (probably for most of us Hab fans that want to follow our Hab prospects).

Would be great if most Montreal bars showed some/most Bulldog games?
(satellite dish, no? permits you to get all Bulldog games?).

I hope TSN, RDS, and even CBC will show some Bulldog games and Junior games!! (Galchenyuk!).

BTW, **** the lockout (**** Bettman, the greedy owners, the greedy players...all of 'em).

Back to main topic:
Can't wait to see our D...
Beaulieu - Ellis
Tinordi
- Nash

P.S.: where's Dietz? (AHL next year?). And...Weber should imo spend another year in the AHL!! (Tinordi - Weber would be a good/balanced duo) but he will likely go to Switzerland and make a million.

Ian Schultz is 1 draw with Chris Niel or Shawn Thornton away from being a fan favorite here in Montreal. Brandon Prust is probably the best at what he does and changes the whole toughness dynamic up front. There's never no if's or but's with him, he doesn't shy away from anybody and never leaves a teammate for dry (i.e: going after Ronaldo 2 sec after he went after Gaborik), but Ian Schultz has a much bigger frame and should easily be able to take the light-heavyweight role one day on the 4th line with White and Prust.

Lol some of the comments in this thread had me laughing out loud.

On a serious note I think Leblanc is going to turn some heads this year, he had a full summer of training after recovering from and injury last year.. I think he's in for a big year.

I wrote both RDS and TSN asking them to air AHL Bulldog games. If not Habs, then baby Habs....

Sergei by far. Leblanc fisnishes his checks, Sergei times them..

Really excited fo see Leblanc's progression this season. He needs to be groomed into that 2-way centermen he has the potential to be.

What scares me about Habs prospwcts under Trevor Timmons is I still cant get over taking A Kostitsyn over the likes of Getzlaf, Perry, Mike Richards, etc, then he drafts David ?/ Fischer when Giroux was still on the board, then theres Chris Higgins, Kyle Chipchura, the list goes on and on, wonder if Chris Kreider will be the Next mistake on his resume.
