Sarge is probably coming over to finish his career in the NHL with us as Sykora's replacement!
Kovy, and Afinogenov have played with each other in the Atlanta days so can't be too bad.
I can't get into teams I have no emotional attachment to either, but I'll watch the games the same way I watch other NHL teams. I'll pull for SKA St Petersburg for now cause Kovy is there.
i cant either. i put more then enough into the devils and its just not in me to spread around false enthusiasms for some other half rate club. (no offense to fans of the K...ill follow players here and there but to put any vested interest into.....no thanks)

I'd watch it just cause I'm starved for some hockey, but I'd be lying if I said it beats a Devils game!
Edit - highlights of my hometeam playing hockey in old Roman Arena are also there, under EBEL league. Worth checking out for other reasons, not game itself

Ya, this is my major concern about this. I just don't want him getting injured. Otherwise, it might be a good thing that he's keeping his level of play up by playing in the second best league.

who knows, maybe while hes over there he'll develop that bodychecking part of the game thats held him back all these years
as he should. after seeing what he did last year, anyone want to call him a lazy passionless Russian who is the 'worst move in team history' now? nope- he's a leader and he deserves the C, both hither and thither
