I'm hoping for the lockout to end, because October 18th, I have a lady friend in town and nothing more to get the sexual juices flowing than a good ol' fashioned hockey game!!
It doesnt matter where they get their appetite, its where they go to eat.

Yeah. Dbacks won't be playing either. Hope they are playing too. Who are they playing that day?

Oddly enough, I haven't found it to work the other way around. The man seems no more or less interested after attending a game. And he doesn't seem to be all that excited about me being a lady hockey player either.
Then again, since the male of the species seems to be 'ready to go' just about anytime, anywhere - it would be sort of hard to tell if the hockey thing increased the libido.

Let's just put it this way, if the Coyotes lose, I have a way of venting my anger.

That's because all we were concerned about was the game. We don't take the ladies to get excited about us...its the players ie Pyatt.

But obviously, if the lady is interested because the game has stoked the appetite, the man needs to be prepared to serve the meal, no? So I would expect at least a little bit of the time (perhaps during the intermissions?) the man is anticipating the menu rather than focusing on the game 100%. Maybe I'm wrong, though...and the man just grabs whatever happens to be in the pantry at the moment and the lady is hopefully not going to be served peaches and tuna with a packet of fast food ketchup.
I plan on getting it in a week. The wife just got a full time teaching job up here. Online play is horrible now. Can't ever get to play a game.
I'm in a GM Connected league, and I can't even get online. The menus are so laggy in that. I can play online games just fine, but I'm more concerned with my online GM league.
Lets all boycott these teams if they are owned by a NHL team owner. ONly to make sure the owner of a NHL owner has absolutely no income comming in from both his teams. They are predicting that these alternate team's attendance will go up during this lock out.
But of course they will, if people have access to them.
The nearest AHL team to Phoenix is in Prescott. A nice little drive, a very nice venue for the game, and a break from the 100+ temperatures. I'm sure that the Sundogs will have lots of people attending.
If you really want to boycott all NHL and affiliates, you could attend a beer league game or two. The hockey may not be great, but it's just as fun. And you'd probably make some beer-leaguer's day if you went up and asked for an autograph or something.
Of course, the game times can be a bit difficult. Our game on Monday was 10:40pm-11:55.
