Just got an email reminder about the draft. It states that the league needs to be full in order for the draft to take place, i.e. we have to have 20 teams.
The inactive comment wasn't directed at anyone in specific, rather the apparent race to get 20 members before tonight, would bring in people who are not necissarily committed and will then become inactive.
Having said that we are at 19 teams right now, make sure to remove the 20th team asap otherwise we won't be able to draft tonight. I just got an email regarding this.

Click on Fantasy at the top, then go to fantasy hockey, and find your team name. there should be something that says "Your live snake draft is in progress"
I was just broadcasting, i'll be the brian burke of this league. Talk about everying, make bad moves, and constantly tell everyone how great this team is!
...i'm on a pretty long leash..being stuffed in an attic and being half of a 2 man IT team on top of 2-3 other roles gets you that. Under promise, over deliver.
Looking back on it now...I took alot of guys still on ELC lol. I was pretty pissed when someone took Schneider 2 spots before me, Ryder and Roy were chokers as well.
Picking 16th out of 20, I thought it kinda sucked that the snake draft didnt start 'til Round 6
...took a couple risky picks, and my goaltending could be very suspect (Holtby and Hedberg), but we'll see
Obviously didn't realise about the snake draft starting later on, would've affected my rankings as well. Overall though I think I did well, D especially. Not happy with my goaltending though, haha. 2 Ottawa and then Emery. Open to trades there for sure!

I thought that was very strange. Who was the guy that picked halak in rd 2?
Your goaltending won't be worse then mine, Lehtonen and Dubnyk.
If anyone is in need of a goaltender which I'm sure a lot of you are, I have Lundqvist, Schneider, Pavelec, and Bobrovsky (imo starter in Columbus).

i ended up with HIller (good) and Mason, Steve (bad). had a couple choke picks and autodrafted someone i didn't want, but otherwise i did ok, definitly started off thinking hits bks were being counted (that's my other league, woops)
