Unless they change the rules of basketball so that it's played on ice and the object is to hit a bit of rubber into a net with sticks, no, I won't watch the NBA.

Nope. Even if i didn't find basketball super boring, Pittsburgh doesn't have a team so i'd never be able to truly root for a single team and keep my attention.

Basketball is a fun game to play as an amateur but the NBA is just boring. Not a good spectator sport IMO.

I can respect someone who forms an opinion based on actual experience. There's nothing wrong with that.

Which is the most engaging part if the odd time you watch an NBA game, you cheer for Toronto.

I've always been a NBA fan, but now without NHL I will be watching a whole lot more.

I would always choose to watch any nonRanger NHL game over any NBA game, unless Knicks were playing. But now NBA will take the cake on nights without Football.

I might watch some Toronto Raptors games, that's if nothing else was good was on TV.

I'll watch more Junior hockey and NFL football.
Just don't enjoy basketball at all.

Went to a Nets game last spring...$1.00 on stubhub, left at halftime, what a god awful boring repetitive sport.

nope, have never watched a full game, I just dont find it entertaining regardless of a couple of friends that try to convert me. Probably just not watch sports except for the occasional junior game. Honestly can't think of any NBA players past the Miami 3 and Nash, I recognize one German guy, dirk or something.

Just came to the realization that I am not a sports fan, just a hockey fan if that makes sense.

I'll keep it on the background and really get into it if the game is exciting in the 4th quarter, but basketball can't keep me engaged the entire 48 minutes. I just cant get excited watching teams score 50-60 times a game. I makes the scores feel meaningless.

Don't get me wrong, give me a tie basketball game with 3 minutes left and I'll be glued, but like I said I just can't sit through 48 minutes of it.

Already would anyways.
The NBA playoffs this year were also on another level compared to this years horrible playoffs (other than Philly vs Pittsburgh)

Yes, now when I get off work and the Ducks/Kings aren't on and there is not a game on NBC sports, I'll likely watch the NBA(more like the 4th quarter)...or the gardening channel.
