I just looked back and I have absolutely no idea why I quoted that.

I'm not a fan of Green Day, but:

1.) To cut someone's setlist is messed up.
2.) I'd much rather listen to Green Day than Gushers.

Good for them.

I might actually buy a turntable to play the limited addition Iron Maiden vinyls when they come out.

Invented by Thomas Edison back when I was in high school. Before that, we used rocks to listen to music.

What would you recommend is an ideal weight for a 6 foot 4 male, with a large build (no built muscle)?

I'm currently 198 and want to get down to 185. I have very broad shoulders and I'm just a big guy, got the man **** as well. I keep hoping that the man **** will go away, but they don't.

My mom thinks if I go to 185, I'll look too skinny, but I disagree. I think I'll look very good and will be able to then add some muscle in the chest to turn those man **** into pecs, and add some bicep definition.

Is 185 too "skinny" in your opinion for a 6 foot 4 male with a large build?

Go for the work out. It never hurts. The weight is irrelevant since if you're gonna workout, you'll probably gain muscle weight so just work out and it'll be perfect. I'm doing a lazy workout thing right now and so far it's going decent.

It's just that my stomach still isn't quite flat enough for me. So I'm hoping that another 13 pounds and getting to 185 will do that. Once that's accomplished, I can do the other things. I'm very lazy and will not be working out my abs, so that's why I want as flat a stomach as possible for not working out the abs, because I'm not doing **** besides losing weight to make that happen

I'd say go for ~220, try out for the Rangers, and our future bottom-pairing with you on the left and McIlrath on the right will be a force to be reckoned with!

Or if all else fails, I'll take some of it?

It's funny you say that. I didn't get into hockey until about 5 years ago, but even then, it was just watching it, and I was overweight. Looking at myself now, with my love for hockey, I'd salivate at the chance to go back in time, looking as I do now, and play as a defenseman. I'm not talking about the NHL here lol, but I could be a sick hockey player if all went right and play in college.
