Boucher with 1G 1A today against the Rangers in a 3-2 shootout loss.
I watched that game. Boucher was solid and had a few good chances. He did take a bad penalty while on the PK though and that led to Kitchener's 2nd goal. I thought Thomson played pretty well too.
17 pims for Severson? That's it. I'm proclaiming him our future Shea Weber.
Sounds like he tuned someone up. Nothing wrong with having a nasty streak.

I definitely like seeing him crash the net like that, but I'm also hoping he will develop his offensive skills in the Q, like his shot and playmaking ability. We want him scoring skill goals too, not just hustle goals.

Sarnia lost both Yakupov and Galchenyuk, correct? We may not see a huge improvement from Boucher this season (in terms of stats, at least) if the team struggles.

Galchenyuk is still there and Boucher had a lot of ice time so I think he could have a good year statistically whether or not Sarnia is very good.
