Nice. One of the most impressive things about Gallagher is his drive, his focus on making it as a pro. Clearly he carries that attitude off the ice as well as on it.
Gorges is a great leader, Gallagher needs that extra something for his confidence. This is a perfect match. Hopefully Gallagher will have it in him to really light it up in Hamilton.

Ya i guess his records he holds with the Giants isn't enough confidence. He doesn;t need confidence, he needs ice time. He will be a top 6 in Montreal in the very near future. he is a goal scoring machine. Feisty as they come. He is the Habs prospect for me that is FOR SURE going to make top 6 in this city.
And as for the discusiion i had with another Hab fan, in another thread. Yes he is better than Leblanc and will have a much more profitable career than him.

Really, really excited about Gallagher. And if you're going to learn to be a pro there's no better than Gorges to learn from. Man do I wish we were watching this kid making the team right now. Stupid lockout ********.

Both heart and soul players. And we have some nice potential big top 6 guys coming. Gallagher is lucky this isn't 2002 or he'd have to cycle in the corner with Saku and Higgins and get beat up for no reason. Though Saku and Markov would probably get him 60 points on skill and heart. Not fair though.
